Various Working Modes
OPTIMA-FC includes three working modes: mechanical, free cooling and partial free cooling.

Energy Saving
The free cooling system has priority operation; this minimises the run time of the mechanical cooling mode resulting in lower power consumption. The OPTIMA product family incorporates various energy saving technologies; the average EER of DXA units is above 3.0.

Precise Control
The control accuracy for temperature is ±1℃ and for relative humidity is ±5%.

Electronic Expansion Valve
An electronic expansion valve operates more swiftly and precisely than a thermal expansion valve, resulting in better control of the system and increased energy efficiency.

DATACOOL-PACKAGED Packaged Precision Air Conditioner with Built-in Fresh Air Free Cooling

The Datacool Packaged is a technologically advanced range of precision cooling units, combining fresh air free cooling and refrigeration to offer maximum value for critical environment consumers, reducing installation expenditure and minimising energy consumption and operation costs.

Energy Saving
When the temperature difference between indoor and outdoor is higher than 10℃, the built-in free cooling system can supply 100% of the cooling capacity, an energy saving of 90%.

Good Structural Design and Easy Maintenance
DATACOOL-PACKAGE units can be fully maintained from the front and offer two structure types: packaged and segmental. A packaged structure facilitates installation whereas a segmental structure is easier to transport. The packaged structure includes the main unit and a fan box, these are assembled at the worksite.

High Sensible Heat Ratio
The sensible heat ratio of all these units is higher than 0.9. DATACOOL-PACKAGE units have a wide working range (-30°C ~ 45°C).

Corrosion-proof
The unit frame and panels are coated with corrosion proof epoxy powder.

Highly efficient EC fan with high torque and low-leakage air damper.

Fully Automatic Control
Equipped with a fully automatic control system which automatically selects mechanical cooling or free cooling according to the temperatures of the indoor/outdoor sides. The controller will also change the working unit to automatically balance working time between two units. DATACOOL-PACKAGE units are capable of automatic reversion to the fresh air cooling mode upon mechanical failure and have a random restart feature when power is restored.

Attended Mode Function
When service people are working on the base-station they can simply press two buttons on the controller interface, then the control temperature of the air conditioner will be set as 24℃ (configurable) automatically. Half an hour later (or at a time of your choosing) the control temperature of the air conditioner will be returned to the original point.

Four levels of password protection, voltage protection and alarms provide the unit with full protection.

Automatic Self-diagnosis
The unit has an automatic self-diagnosis procedure and a service engineer can start this check by pressing only one button.

Running Data Logging
If the interval for data logging is less than five minutes, the controller can store at least 48 hours of working data. DATACOOL also offers remote monitoring/control of the operating state of the unit via a web server card.

FREECOOL-HD Intelligent Fresh Air Cooling Unit

The FREECOOL-HD unit is a vertical standing, intelligent fresh air free cooling system, that introduces lower temperature ambient air into the equipment space, thereby pressurising the room and displacing the warmer air away from the equipment. The FREECOOL-HD is suitable for both telecom and data centre environments.

The FREECOOL-HD utilises EC Fan technology to automatically adjust the air volume according to the temperature setpoint, providing the lowest power consumption possible.

High Energy Efficiency
The FREECOOL-HD can significantly reduce the running hours, of other air conditioning units.

Easy Installation/Maintenance
The main components can be accessed and maintained from the front of the unit. The unit passed a transportation test to confirm that the structure is strong enough to transported even where passage is difficult. The unit framework is also protected by an anti-corrosion treatment. FREECOOL-HD offers flexible installation types: indoor packaged, indoor split, outdoor packaged, outdoor split.

Control of Other Air Conditioners
When the FREECOOL-HD unit has satisfied the cooling demands of the base station, the controller sends a signal to stop other air conditioners at the site.

Completely Automatic Protection
A controller monitors the running status of components and will stop operation of the relevant component and raise an alarm in case of any failure.

Emergency Free Cooling
In the event of power failure the emergency free cooling can still operate, requiring 48v DC (only available for DC powered unit).

Data Logging
The controller has a large memory and can log running data for an entire year.

CHILLROW Row Based Precision Cooling

The CHILLROW series of precision cooling units from Airsys provide precise, targeted cooling for data centre applications. The units are installed between the server cabinets and discharge cold air directly into the cold aisle. Used stand-alone or as part of a larger CRAC unit installation, areas of localised high-density heat can be effectively targeted by the horizontal supply arrangement of the CHILLROW units, increasing the capacity and efficiency of the overall cooling solution.

Saves Operating Costs
Placing the unit close to a cabinet/heat load avoids mixing of cold and hot air and can improve the whole system efficiency by 30%~45%. Adopting chilled water as the cold source for the central air conditioning equipment can improve the energy efficiency of the host. The supply airflow path of the fan is short; this reduces the operational energy consumption of the fan.

High Flexibility
The large heat load typical of a computer-room can be reduced incrementally, step by step. The unit is easy to expand, can be used on sites with or without raised floors and is applicable to the new or re-established projects. CHILLROW units are mutually independent and easy to maintain.
